Just like anything these bars are customizable to the person or the individual’s goals. With so many brands out there it’s almost impossible to narrow them down to the best. BUT, don’t you worry I did the hard work for you! It took years as a consumer to realize which brands were actually worth your time and money. I am not going to lie, I was very skeptical when these bars first came out. I was convinced they were just another whole foods bar gimmick. But I can honestly say I was wrong. In Conclusion:

I can’t stress enough that having a sound diet should be your number one priority. Bars are such an awesome supplement to have but you want to make sure the majority of your diet is whole foods. REMEMBER focus on protein then use carbs and fats as needed.

With that said we also have to be realistic, some days we just do not want to eat tons of chicken and beef (in my opinion at least).
